  • Potatoes (quantity as needed)

  • Olive oil or vegetable oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Wash the potatoes well under running water to remove any dirt. Dry them with paper towel.
  • You can cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, into quarters, into thick slices, or leave them whole, depending on your preference.
  • Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil or vegetable oil. Season with salt, ground black pepper and any other desired seasonings such as garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, etc. Mix well to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.
