Orange and Coconut Cake
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 box of condensed milk
200 grams of grated coconut
- Place the eggs in a bowl and beat them well with a whisk. Add orange zest and juice using a sieve.
- Mix well and add condensed milk, grated coconut, baking powder and mix again.
- Place all the dough in a greased or lined mold with aluminum foil and bake the cake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Unmold the orange and coconut cake when it is warm or cold and it is ready to serve.
