  • 3 eggs

  • 1 orange

  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 200 grams of grated coconut

  • Place the eggs in a bowl and beat them well with a whisk. Add orange zest and juice using a sieve.
  • Mix well and add condensed milk, grated coconut, baking powder and mix again.
  • Place all the dough in a greased or lined mold with aluminum foil and bake the cake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
