Use the ingredients below to make your noodle soup, following the preparation instructions.


  • 1 liter of chicken or vegetable broth (can be homemade or purchased ready-made)

  • 100g pasta (can be any type you prefer)

  • 1 large carrot, cut into small cubes

  • 1 stalk of celery, cut into thin slices

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh chopped sauce to decorate (optional)

Preparation mode

  • In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Saute for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
  • Add chicken or vegetable broth to the pan. Bring to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to the pasta package instructions, usually for about 8-10 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.
  • Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnishing with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
