The creamy Ninho Milk platter with chocolate provides a dessert with an incredible flavor and irresistible texture!
First Layer Ingredients

1 liter of milk

1 box of cream

2 cups of sugar (tea)

2 cups of Ninho Milk/powdered milk

3 tablespoons cornstarch/cornstarch
- Second Layer Ingredients

1 tablespoon of butter

1 American glass of milk

1 box of cream

150 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation mode
- In a pan off the heat, add 1 cream, cornstarch/cornstarch, Leite Ninho/milk powder, a little milk and mix very well.
- Add the rest of the milk, put the pan on the fire and stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
- After thickening, cook for another 1 minute, always stirring well. Transfer the creamy mixture to a serving dish and set aside.
- Add the chopped semi-sweet chocolate, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 cream and 1 glass of milk to another pan.
- Place the pan on the heat, stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and pour over the cream in the dish.
- Cover the dessert, leave it in the fridge for at least one to two hours and the creamy dish of Leite Ninho with chocolate is ready.
