1/2 cup Madeira wine (or dry red wine if you can’t find Madeira wine)

1 cup of beef broth (preferably homemade)

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves of minced garlic

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon of wheat flour

200g sliced ​​mushrooms (optional)
Preparation mode
- Season the meat with salt and black pepper to taste.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
