  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup Madeira wine (or dry red wine if you can’t find Madeira wine)

  • 1 cup of beef broth (preferably homemade)

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 200g sliced ​​mushrooms (optional)

Preparation mode

  • Season the meat with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • In a large skillet, heat the butter and vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
