Gather these simple ingredients and guarantee a cold pineapple dessert with Leite Moça that everyone will love!


  • 1 large pineapple

  • 1 can of Leite Moça/condensed milk

  • 2 packets of colorless, unflavored gelatin

  • 2 boxes of cream

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water

  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar

  • 800 ml of whole milk

Preparation mode

  • In a pan, place the diced pineapple, sugar and water. Bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes, stirring well.
  • Add whole milk, Leite Moça, cream, gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package to the blender and blend for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the chopped pineapple to a platter and add the blender mixture on top.
