Iced Pineapple Dessert with Moça Milk

1 large pineapple
1 can of Leite Moça/condensed milk
2 packets of colorless, unflavored gelatin
2 boxes of cream
1/2 cup (tea) of water
1/2 cup (tea) sugar
800 ml of whole milk
- In a pan, place the diced pineapple, sugar and water. Bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes, stirring well.
- Add whole milk, Leite Moça, cream, gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package to the blender and blend for 3 minutes.
- Transfer the chopped pineapple to a platter and add the blender mixture on top.
- Cover the dessert, leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until it has a firm consistency and it is ready.
