Huawei and its partners launch the O3 Community

Huawei has officially launched the O3 Community at HUAWEI CONNECT 2023 in Shanghai, China.

With the shared goal of “open online orchestration” between Huawei, partners and customers, the O3 Community is a platform for global engineers to connect and share their knowledge and experiences.

Huawei leverages its three decades of experience in ICT services to build the O3 Community to foster knowledge sharing and idea exchange between customers and partners. The goal is to enable engineers around the world to efficiently access valuable knowledge and improve their service capabilities. The community has been deployed around the world and is compatible with multiple languages and platforms.

The key values of the O3 Community are also presented at HUAWEI CONNECT 2023.

The community offers a library of knowledge and experiences tailored to scenario-based services. With eight service sections ranging from documentation to service tools, guided learning and experience sharing, engineers across functions can easily gain the knowledge they need throughout the delivery process.

The O3 Community has an intelligent knowledge service that is nourished by a knowledge base model specific to the field of ICT services, which allows quick and precise connections to be established between engineers and knowledge. This service includes intelligent search, assisted generation, and precise recommendation, making it easier for engineers to find the information they need.

China wants to accelerate new industrialization

Additionally, the O3 Community provides a platform for engineers to exchange experiences and knowledge. With six platform features, including online discussions, tech circles, assessment, topic activities, requirements submission, and hall of fame, the community fosters an engineer-friendly culture that facilitates experience sharing, peer support, problem solving and personal growth.
