Preparation mode
- Make sure the cream is very cold. Place the mixing bowl and paddles in the refrigerator for a few minutes before starting.
- Pour the chilled cream into the mixing bowl.
- Start beating the cream at medium speed. When it starts to thicken a little, add the icing sugar little by little.
