This healthy chocolate mousse makes dessert time much lighter and more delicious!


  • 120g semi-sweet chocolate

  • 10 tablespoons of powdered milk

  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 3 cups of natural yogurt (170g each)

  • Semi-sweet chocolate shavings to finish

Preparation mode

  • In a container add the yogurt, powdered milk, cocoa powder and mix well.
  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds or in a bain-marie.
  • Add the melted chocolate to the creamy mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Transfer the cream to a refractory of your choice and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more.
  • Finish by adding semi-sweet chocolate shavings on top and the mousse is ready.
