Gelatin mousse is one of the easiest desserts to make, as in addition to being simple to prepare, it doesn’t even need to be boiled!


  • 350 ml whole milk

  • 2 cups of hot water

  • 2 gelatins of your preferred flavor

  • 2 boxes of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

Preparation mode

  • Add the hot water and gelatin to the blender and blend for 1 minute with the lid on.
  • Add the milk, cream and condensed milk. Cover and beat for another 2 minutes.
  • Transfer to a platter and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • When it is firm and cold, the gelatin mousse can now be served for consumption.
