Made with few ingredients – pasta, garlic, olive oil and spices – is a great option for those looking for a quick and tasty meal. The combination of gold garlic in olive oil with the al dente noodles results in a light and aromatic dish, ideal for any occasion, either as a main course or follow -up.

250 g of pasta (spaghetti, carving or penne)

4 sliced ​​or chopped garlic cloves

1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation mode
- In a large pan, boil water with a pinch of salt.
- Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking water (about 1/2 cup).
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced ​​or chopped garlic and sauté until lightly brown, being careful not to burn, as burnt garlic can leave a bitter flavor.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Once the garlic is golden, add the boiled pasta to the frying pan and mix well, wrapping all the pasta in the olive oil and garlic.
- If necessary, add some of the reserved cooking water to make the pasta more juicy.
- Turn off the heat and finish with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve the clove and oil pasta immediately, accompanied by a fresh salad or as an accompaniment of meat or fish.
