2 cups of sweet corn (can be fresh or canned, drained)

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup oil

1 cup of wheat flour

1 cup cornmeal

1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tin with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour, or use baking paper.
- In a blender, beat the corn, eggs, sugar, oil and milk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- In a large bowl, combine the wheat flour, cornmeal and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the liquid mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well until a uniform dough forms.
- Add the baking powder to the dough and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40-50 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before unmolding. Then just serve and enjoy!
