2 cups of 300ml flake
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon cornstarch/cornstarch
1 cup of 300ml of water
1 pinch of salt
- In a container, place the flake, salt and mix. Add the cornstarch, grated parmesan cheese and mix again.
- Add water, mix well and set the flake aside for 7 minutes to hydrate.
- Fill a couscous dish halfway with water, add the couscous dough and smooth the surface with a spoon.
- Cook over low heat for 12 minutes. Wait for it to cool for 2 minutes before removing it so it doesn’t break and the couscous is ready.
