  • 200 ml coconut milk

  • 200 grams of cream

  • 395 grams of condensed milk

  • 1 sachet or can of green corn

  • 12 grams of unflavored gelatin

  • Cinnamon powder to taste to finish

Preparation mode

  • In a blender add the condensed milk, cream, drained corn, coconut milk and unflavored gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package.
  • Cover the blender and blend for 2 minutes. Then transfer the mixture to a pan greased with a little oil.
  • Cover the dessert and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until it is very firm.
