Creamy Curau (Without Fire and With Tin Corn)
Make this practical and tasty creamy curau and see that there is nothing left over!
200 ml coconut milk
200 grams of cream
395 grams of condensed milk
1 sachet or can of green corn
12 grams of unflavored gelatin
Cinnamon powder to taste to finish
- In a blender add the condensed milk, cream, drained corn, coconut milk and unflavored gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package.
- Cover the blender and blend for 2 minutes. Then transfer the mixture to a pan greased with a little oil.
- Cover the dessert and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until it is very firm.
- Unmold onto a plate, finish by sprinkling cinnamon powder to taste on top and the corn curau is ready to serve.
