Ingredients

3 eggs

2 cups of rice flakes

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 cup (tea) sugar

50ml melted butter

300ml coconut milk
Preparation mode
- Place the eggs, coconut milk, melted butter, sugar, rice flakes, grated parmesan and yeast in a blender.
- Beat the ingredients for 3 minutes with the blender covered and pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
- Place in the preheated oven at 180º₢ and let the cake bake for approximately 45 minutes.
- Let it cool before unmolding and the creamy cake is ready to cut and serve.
