Crackling in the Air Fryer
In addition to being tasty, the crackling in the air fryer is super dry and crunchy!
- Cut the pork belly into pieces the width of a finger. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200º₢, add the cracklings and bake for around 30 to 40 minutes, stopping to stir the pieces every 10 minutes.
- When the crackling is golden and crispy it is ready to serve.
