Provide more practicality and flavor for your snack with these cornstarch cookies!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 50 ml of water

  • 1/2 lemon squeezed

  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 cup cornstarch/corn starch

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 4 tablespoons of demerara sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation mode

  • In a container place the sugar, eggs and beat well.
  • Add the lemon juice, water, oil, cornstarch/cornstarch and mix well.
  • Add the salt, baking powder and mix until smooth.
  • Transfer the dough to greased cupcake pans.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 20 minutes.
  • Wait for the cupcakes to cool before unmolding them and they are ready.
