This cornmeal cake in the blender will make everyone happy!
Ingredients

3 whole eggs

500 ml of milk

3/4 cup (tea) oil

1 cup and 1/2 (tea) cornmeal

1 cup and 1/2 (tea) sugar

1 cup and 1/2 (tea) of wheat flour

1 tablespoon cake yeast
Preparation mode
- In a blender add the eggs, cornmeal, wheat flour, milk, sugar and oil.
- Cover and beat for 3 minutes. Then add the yeast and beat until uniform.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180₢ for about 40 minutes.
- Unmold the cornmeal cake while it is still warm and it is ready to be cut and served.
