To make your Ground Beef Pancake, use the ingredients below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.


  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 ovo

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 300g of ground beef

  • 1 small onion chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1/2 chopped pepper (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Seasonings to taste (paprika, cumin, oregano, etc.)

  • 1 can of peeled tomatoes (or ready-made tomato sauce)

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Preparation mode

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, egg, oil and salt until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Reserve.
  • In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until completely cooked.
  • Add the tomato, pepper (if using) and seasonings to taste.
  • Cook for a few more minutes until the vegetables are tender and the flavors blend. Reserve.
  • In another pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  • Add the peeled tomato (or ready-made tomato sauce) and season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
  • Cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until you have a thick sauce. Reserve.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
  • Pour a portion of the pancake batter into the pan, spreading it out to form a circle.
  • Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
  • Place some of the minced meat filling in the center of each pancake and roll up.
  • Arrange the stuffed pancakes on a plate and serve with tomato sauce on top, if desired.
