Condensed Milk Dumplings
Whether for the fluffy dough or the delicious flavor, these condensed milk cupcakes are a huge hit!
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1 cup cornstarch/cornstarch
1/2 tablespoon cake yeast
1/2 box of condensed milk
Salt to taste
- In a container add the eggs, a pinch of salt and mix well. Add the melted butter or margarine, condensed milk, cornstarch and mix again.
- Add the yeast and mix until homogenized. Transfer the dough to half of greased cupcakes (or another shape of your choice).
- Bake the dumplings in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 15 minutes, or until they are lightly browned.
- Wait for the cupcakes to cool a little at room temperature before unmolding them and they are ready to eat.
