This frozen coconut dessert is perfect to serve any day!
Ingredients

100g coconut flakes

1 bottle of coconut milk

1 small box of cream

1 box of condensed milk

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

2 tablespoons cornstarch/cornstarch
Preparation mode
- Add the condensed milk and cornstarch/cornstarch to a pan and mix until dissolved.
- Add the cream, coconut milk, butter or margarine and half the grated coconut.
- Stir continuously over low heat until it thickens and after boiling, stir for another 1 minute.
- Transfer the cream to a container and add the remaining grated coconut on top.
- Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours or more and the coconut dessert is ready to serve.
