China and the United States will hold the first meeting of the intergovernmental dialogue on artificial intelligence (AI) in Geneva on May 14, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced.
As agreed by both sides, China and the United States will exchange views on AI technological risks, global governance and other issues of respective concern.
The meeting will be held to implement the consensus reached at the San Francisco summit between the two heads of state, the foreign ministry said.
