To make your pie delicious, use the ingredients suggested below (you can add other ingredients you like, as well as seasonings). Follow the instructions.


  • Massa
  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Filling
  • 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1/2 chopped bell pepper (optional)

  • Parsley and chives to taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil for sautéing

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden. Add the tomato and bell pepper and sauté for a few more minutes. Add the shredded chicken, parsley, chives, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside.
  • In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour and salt until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the yeast to the dough and mix gently with a spoon.
  • In a greased and floured pan, pour half of the dough.
  • Spread the chicken filling over the dough in the pan.
  • Cover the filling with the remaining dough.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding.
  • Serve hot or cold, as preferred.
