Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round pan with butter and wheat flour.
- Peel and cut the carrots into small pieces. Then, blend in a blender along with the eggs and oil until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar, wheat flour, baking powder and salt.
- Pour the liquid mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Transfer the dough to the previously greased pan and place in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- While the cake bakes, prepare the chocolate frosting. In a pan, melt the butter over low heat, add the chocolate powder, milk and sugar. Mix well until you get a creamy consistency. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before unmolding. Then, unmold the cake and place it on a serving plate.
- Pour the chocolate frosting over the cake, spreading it evenly.
- Wait a few minutes for the chocolate frosting to harden a little before cutting and serving the fluffy carrot cake.
