This canned corn cake is a delicious option for those who want an easy-to-make snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 measure of sugar can

  • 1 measure of milk can

  • 1 measure of cornmeal can

  • 1/2 measure of the oil can

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation mode

  • In a blender add the eggs, oil, drained corn, sugar, milk and beat well.
  • Add the cornmeal and beat again for a few more minutes.
  • Add the baking powder, beat to mix and transfer the dough to a greased pan.
