1 clove of minced garlic

2 canned anchovy fillets (optional, but traditional)

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
