Ingredients

  • 1 clove of minced garlic

  • 2 canned anchovy fillets (optional, but traditional)

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  • Finely chop the garlic and anchovies (if using) until they form a paste.
  • In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, anchovies, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add the mayonnaise to the mixture and beat until well combined.
