3 whole eggs

4 slices of mozzarella

Toast to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation mode
- Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little oil and place over medium heat.
- Add the mozzarella slices, then break the eggs and add them on top.
- Reduce the heat, season with pepper and salt to taste and cover the pan.
- Fry until the cheese is golden and the eggs have hard whites and serve with toast to taste.
