Blender Passion Fruit Ice Cream
Guarantee a sweet surprise with this blender passion fruit ice cream!
150 ml of milk
1 cup milk (powdered)
1 cup of chocolate (drips)
1 can of cream (200g)
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
1 sachet of passion fruit juice powder
Chocolate shavings to taste for finishing
- In the blender put the condensed milk, the cream, the milk, the passion fruit juice powder and beat for 1 minute.
- Add the powdered milk little by little with the blender on and let it beat until homogenized.
- Turn off the device, add the chocolate drops, mix with a spoon or spatula and transfer to a greased shape.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Develop, sprinkle chocolate zest on top and the ice cream is ready to serve.
