Guarantee a sweet surprise with this blender passion fruit ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 150 ml of milk

  • 1 cup milk (powdered)

  • 1 cup of chocolate (drips)

  • 1 can of cream (200g)

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 sachet of passion fruit juice powder

  • Chocolate shavings to taste for finishing

preparation mode

  • In the blender put the condensed milk, the cream, the milk, the passion fruit juice powder and beat for 1 minute.
  • Add the powdered milk little by little with the blender on and let it beat until homogenized.
  • Turn off the device, add the chocolate drops, mix with a spoon or spatula and transfer to a greased shape.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Develop, sprinkle chocolate zest on top and the ice cream is ready to serve.
