A national conference on work to combat pornography and illegal publications was held in Beijing on Tuesday.
The conference highlighted the achievements made on this front over the past year and outlined efforts to focus on the tasks of maintaining safety, preventing risks, promoting good social spirit and boosting development, as well as efforts to improve systemic governance , based on the law.
The conference also called for efforts to focus on the prominent issues that concern people most, implement a series of targeted campaigns and improve the working mechanism to combat pornography and illegal publications.
