Banana Farofa with Bacon

Uncomplicated to make, plantain farofa with bacon combines simplicity and delicious flavor!
Ingredients

1/2 chopped onion

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

2 cups of ready-made farofa
-
2 cubed plantains
-
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
-
80g chopped bacon
-
Green scent to taste
Preparation mode
- Fry the chopped bananas in a frying pan with butter or margarine until golden, remove and set aside.
- In the same frying pan, add the chopped bacon, fry until golden and discard part of the fat released.
- Add the chopped garlic and lightly brown it without stopping stirring. Add the onion and stir until wilted.
- Add the bananas and mix. Add the chopped green chilli and mix quickly.
- Reduce heat to low, add the ready-made farofa and let it fry quickly, stirring well.
- Turn off the heat and the banana farofa with bacon is ready to be served.
