Attention: This Altcoin is Entering a Major Token Unlocking Process Starting Tomorrow!

Krypto para one of the leading names in the market Worldcoin (WLD), Starting tomorrow, July 24, major token unlocks will begin.

The unlock process will involve a total of 2.38 billion WLD, equivalent to $5.54 billion, held by investors and the team. These tokens will be unlocked linearly over the next four years, with an average of 1.63 million WLD released each day.

In preparation for the unlock process, Worldcoin has transferred 990 million WLD to address 0x2E3…8e5. Additionally, 494 million WLD was distributed among 222 addresses today. This move is seen as a strategic step to ensure a smooth transition when the unlock process begins.

However, Worldcoin’s tokenomics have recently come under scrutiny, particularly regarding its low float ratio. A recent report from CoinGecko, a leading cryptocurrency data platform, highlighted that among the top 300 cryptocurrencies by market cap, Worldcoin exhibits the lowest float ratio at 0.02.

Float rate is defined as the ratio of a cryptocurrency’s market value to its fully diluted market value (FDV).

• Cryptocurrencies with low float rates: They have a market cap/FDV ratio of under 0.51. This means that a significant portion of their token supply has yet to be unlocked, potentially leading to future volatility as these tokens enter the market.
• Cryptocurrencies with high float rates: Their market cap to FDV ratio ranges from 0.5 to 0.991. A higher float ratio indicates that a larger portion of the total token supply is currently in circulation.
• Fully diluted cryptocurrencies: They have an excellent market cap/FDV ratio of 1. This means that all tokens are in circulation and there are no additional tokens to be released.
