Within the framework of the IV Venezuela – Türkiye Joint Commission, which is being held in Ankara, the Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Yván Gil, met with the president of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), Serkan Kayalar, in order to reach agreements on education, agriculture and health.
During the meeting, the Venezuelan Foreign Minister, in addition to being pleased by the relations of brotherhood and solidarity with the Turkish people, stated that both parties work hand in hand to “establish projects” of common development in the context of the Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy.

The IV Venezuela – Türkiye Joint Commission will culminate with the signing of the Final Declaration of the Foreign Ministers and the cooperation instruments agreed upon in the technical work tables installed.
Specifically, Ankara and Caracas discuss proposals in the areas of agriculture, fishing and livestock during the day; Science and Technology; culture; sport; education; energy; transportation and infrastructure; and tourism.
In 73 years of alliance, Venezuela and Türkiye achieved a high level of cooperation, which is visible in more than 40 agreements signed in areas of mutual interest and reciprocal benefits for their people.
