Ingredients

1 small onion chopped

Preparation mode
- In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, egg, oil and salt until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Reserve.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the ground beef and cook until completely cooked.
- Add the tomato, pepper (if using) and seasonings to taste.

- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour a portion of the pancake batter into the pan, spreading it out to form a circle.
- Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
- Place some of the minced meat filling in the center of each pancake and roll up.
- Arrange the stuffed pancakes on a plate and serve with tomato sauce on top, if desired.
