Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake tin.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and baking powder.
- In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the flour and sugar mixture. Stir gently until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Do not overmix, as this will make the cake heavy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
