Follow the instructions below to make your traditional pavé, using the following ingredients to make your traditional pavé delicious!
Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk

2 cans of milk (use the can of condensed milk as a measure)

2 tablespoons cornstarch
-
3 excited
-
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
-
1 can of cream
-
200 g semi-sweet or milk chocolate (according to preference)

2 packages of cornstarch biscuits
-
1 cup milk (to wet the cookies)
-
Chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings for decoration
Preparation mode
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, milk, cornstarch and sifted egg yolks.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- When it reaches a firm consistency, remove from the heat and add the vanilla essence. Set aside and let it cool.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave (be careful not to burn it).
- Mix the cream with the melted chocolate until you get a homogeneous cream. Book.
- Quickly soak the cornstarch cookies in the milk.
- In a baking dish, make a layer of cookies at the bottom.
- Cover the cookies with a layer of white cream.
- Make another layer of cookies dipped in milk.
- Cover with chocolate cream.
- Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with the chocolate cream.
- Decorate the last layer with chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, so that the pavé is very firm and cold.
