Ingredients

4 whole eggs

3 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 glass of coconut milk + 2 measures of whole milk

1 cup (tea) wheat flour

1 tablespoon of yeast

1 box of condensed milk

100g grated coconut
Preparation mode
- Add the eggs, coconut milk, condensed milk and whole milk to the blender, cover and beat well.
- Add the wheat flour, butter and beat again. Add the yeast and beat to mix.
- Add the grated coconut, mix well with a spoon and pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 minutes.
- Wait for the sky bacon to cool before cutting and it is ready to serve.
