According to the latest development, Franklin Templeton, Ethereum ve Bitcoin filed for crypto index ETF.
If approved, the Franklin Crypto Index ETF, which will trade under the ticker EZPZ, would provide investors with access to digital assets included in the CF Institutional Digital Asset Index, which is managed by CF Benchmarks, a leading provider of cryptocurrency data to financial firms.
The ETF will initially include assets in Bitcoin and Ethereum, according to a filing Friday. Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States, was identified as the custodian of the proposed fund. Coinbase is already known for storing digital assets for other large fund managers that have introduced crypto ETFs.
