Preparation mode
- In a pan, heat the milk along with butter and salt until it begins to boil.
- In a bowl, add the tapioca gum and pour the hot milk on top. Mix well, letting the tapioca moisturize for about 5 minutes.
- Add the grated cheeses and mix again.
- Add the egg and mix until it forms a homogeneous mass. It must be firm enough to shape, but still damp.
- Preheat the oven at 180 ° C and grease a baking dish.
