Ingredients

1 cup and 1/2 (tea) of sour cassava starch

50 grams of grated parmesan cheese

200 grams of cream
Preparation mode
- Add the cream and grated Parmesan cheese to a container and mix well.
- Add the sour cassava starch and mix again until the dough is homogenized.
- Take a portion of the dough with a spoon, shape the bread with another spoon and place it in a greased pan.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the dough, placing the breads in the pan with space between them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for approximately 25 minutes.
