Ingredients

4 whole eggs

3 cups wheat flour (tea)

1 cup canned peaches (chopped)

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

360 ml peach syrup

240 ml of oil
preparation mode
- Add the peach syrup, sugar, eggs, oil and beat well using a mixer or whisk.
- Add wheat flour and mix well. Put the chopped peaches and mix again.
- Add the baking soda, mix until homogenized and pour the dough into a greased form with butter or margarine and wheat flour.
- Bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Let the cake cool to room temperature, cut it any way you like and it’s ready to serve.
