  • Slices of bread (as many as you need to cover your pan)

  • Tomato Sauce

  • Grated mozzarella cheese (or other cheese of your choice)

  • Additional toppings (such as pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)

  • Olive oil (optional)

  • Oregano (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Place the slices of bread in a large baking dish, ensuring that they cover the entire surface.
  • Spread a generous layer of tomato sauce over each slice of bread.
  • Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce. Make sure to coat the bread slices well.
