Chinese Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang met with Chief of Staff Rui Costa on Friday in Beijing. China stands ready to work with Brazil to seriously act on the important consensus reached by the heads of state of the two countries, and seize the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations as an opportunity to constantly expand the depth, breadth and height of mutually beneficial cooperation and promote bilateral ties to a new level, Ding said.
Costa said Brazil highly values ​​China and regards China as a reliable long-term partner, expressing hope to make joint efforts to make bilateral relations more strategic and comprehensive.
