Ingredients

2 cups of rice

2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

1 chopped onion

2 cloves of minced garlic

3 cups chicken broth (can be substituted with water)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation mode
- In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until soft and lightly browned.
- Add the diced chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
- Add the rice to the pan and stir well so that it is coated with the oil and mixed with the other ingredients.
- Pour the chicken broth into the pan. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and all the liquid has been absorbed.
