Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic

  • 3 cups chicken broth (can be substituted with water)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation mode

  • In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until soft and lightly browned.
  • Add the diced chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
  • Add the rice to the pan and stir well so that it is coated with the oil and mixed with the other ingredients.
  • Pour the chicken broth into the pan. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are well mixed.
