Ingredients

1 cup of warm milk

1 ovo

1/4 cup of oil

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour

1 tablespoon of dry organic yeast
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a blender, place the warm milk, egg, oil, salt, sugar and blend until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Add the wheat flour little by little, continuing to beat the dough in the blender.
- Add the dry yeast and beat for a few more minutes until the dough is homogeneous.
- Pour the dough into a bowl and let it rest for approximately 30 minutes, covering it with a damp cloth, in a draft-free place, to allow the dough to rise.
- Once the dough has risen, divide it in half to make two pizzas or use as you prefer.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it reaches the desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking tray.
- Add tomato sauce and topping ingredients of your choice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, cut into slices and enjoy!
