Ingredients

1 ripe pineapple, peeled and chopped

1 can of condensed milk

1 can of whey-free cream

1 envelope of unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup of water

Juice of 1 lemon (optional, to enhance the flavor)

Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Preparation mode
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin envelope in 1/2 cup of hot water. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Reserve.
- Peel and chop the pineapple into small pieces.
- In a blender, blend the pineapple until puree.
- In a large bowl, combine the pineapple puree, condensed milk, cream and lemon juice (if using). Stir well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture and stir again.
- Pour the mixture into individual glasses or a single mousse container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mousse is firm.
- Before serving, garnish with pineapple slices or mint leaves, if desired.
- Serve the pineapple mousse cold and enjoy this refreshing delight!
