After Levana Sani helped isolate a gene that rendered leprosy medication fatal for some, she co-founded Nalagenetics to continue her research. The company localises genetic testing, making inexpensive test kits and partnering with Singaporean and Indonesian hospitals to make recommendations and inform patients.
