Co-founder of Crib and Trehaus
A reigning queen of achieving work-life balance, Elaine Kim is not only a successful palliative care doctor but made strides in the entrepreneurial business when she co-founder of Crib. Seeking to be a trailblazer for success, Crib is a social enterprise that empowers women to become successful entrepreneurs through networking, business matching, and provided a range of mentorship and skill set training. Since its founding three years ago, Crib has found a wealth of supporters: all ranging from who’s who of local businesswomen to over 50 high-net-worth investors keen to support women-led businesses.
For the mother of three, one enterprise wasn’t enough. Taking on motherhood, inspired Elaine turn her mind to the empowerment of working mothers, leading to the co-founding of Trehaus. A co-working space, Trehaus creates a space where parents can work while their children play and learn in the same space. Eying the future, Elaine already has hopes to bring Trehaus to the global stage. Future look out.
