Pastry chef and Owner, Tarte by Cheryl Koh
Brimming with passion and ambition, Cheryl Koh sought out her own pastry training by working at Michelin-starred restaurants specializing in pastry, before landing a job with Les Amis Group's Sebastien Lepinoy at Cépage – the group’s first overseas venture in Hong Kong. She made such an impression that she was put in charge of dessert and bread making section at the group’s Singapore flagship, before opening her own dessert place, Tarte by Cheryl Koh, under the Les Amis Group. Now with the success of Tarte by Cheryl Koh, she has become known as Singapore’s Queen of Tarts, amd was crowned 2016 Asia’s Best Pastry Chef of the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list. On the side, she has been participating in cooking classes her company organises for cancer patients with the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore.
