The yummy portfolio of TMG’s 360-degree homegrown restaurant and bar concepts include 8Cuts, Phát Pho, Ooma, Manam, Mecha Uma, Mo' Cookies and Bank Bar. The group also brought in the über popular Michelin-rated Din Tai Fung. These days, Abba is focusing her efforts on growing her catering business. How does she deal with stress? “I actually love watching the dining foor of the restaurants (from afar and in hiding). It’s instant gratifcation for me to see a room with happy vibes because you have created something that lends itself to people having a good time.” When that fails, Abba disappears to places with absolutely no restaurants in sight, where either diving, hiking up or skiing down a beautiful mountain, or lying on a deserted beach are in her de-stressor cards.
