Ingredients

300g pasta (your preferred type)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

200ml of cream

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Preparation mode
- In a large pot, boil salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until lightly golden.
- Reduce the heat to low and pour the cream into the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Mix well and let it heat for a few minutes, but do not let it boil. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the cream and toss gently until the pasta is completely coated in the sauce.
- Transfer the cream-glazed pasta to serving plates. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley before serving.
- This dish can be served as a main course accompanied by a green salad or as a side dish with grilled meats. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
